Smile Makeover

Patient came in dissatisfied with her smile with concerns of losing her enamel over time on repeated class 5 restoration. She also expressed her desire to have brighter smile for her upcoming wedding yet indecisive due to her anxiety for extensive treatment options. With in depth interview and discussions, we agreed on full upper rehabilitation comprised of a bridge, crowns, onlays, veneers that are most conservative and minimally invasive. Patient opted in for bulkier outlook for conserving more tooth structure Vs prepping more for ideal contour in some areas. I believe in giving more power to pt's voice in decision making as long as it meets standard of care. Pt is now happy with her confident smile that transformed her personality shine freely!
