Restoring lower balance

Pt came in with concerns of breaking and grinding down back molars and some esthetic concerns of chipped front teeth. After comprehensive assessment, we agreed on restoring lost VDO with crowns and addition bonding on lower arch. Full wax up/ mock up try in done for smile trial and planning purpose. As always minimally invasive approach was taken; conservative onlays wherever possible, crowns to replace existing crowns, laser prepped composite addition. #19 became necrotic after a year, which was already PARQed with pt before hand due to the nature of replacing existing deep margin PFM crown. #19 was extracted and replaced with immediate ceramic implant and allowed to heal. With beautiful healing process which pt reports zero pain (YAY!), it was restored with ceramic crown and in full function. Pt is super happy with results and comply with the care instructions including NG usage.
